I really enjoyed the Verde valley, It was a very calm place, very picture-esque, and the city of Cottonwood was small enough to be comfortable, but big enough to have plenty of amenities (as far as food and shopping). This was our Best Western in Cottonwood. Very nice hotel, and centrally located.
